Corollary to my previous post - the extra cost to retrieve the part was refunded. Carrano does care about customer service.

Very bad. They tried to nickel and dime me at every step. Also they conveniently change the scheduled appointment by giving false excuses. Save your time and money and don't hire these scumbags....
