I love Carmel Haifa and here's why. They actually cook over real charcoal. Not gas or electric. What they turn out is authentic middle eastern barbecue with a twist. That is fresh ingredients....

A little hole in the wall directly across from the train station, The kebab, shwarma, falafel delicious. Great lentil soup and the fattoush is great. Not much on ambience but the food makes up for it. Highly recommend.
