Had Rich do my hair. My hair was in pretty bad shape frizzy and color was washed out. He gave me a short style that requires very little maintenance while the color and highlights were great....

I had the worst experience here ever. I had to go back 3 times for the woman to try to fix my hair. Not only was the cut uneven, but I asked for blonde highlights and left with jet black streaks...
