Burlington County Central Communications

Central Communications serves as the Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) for all of Burlington County, providing essential police dispatch services to 33 municipal police agencies, as well as fire and emergency medical dispatch services across the county. The dedicated team of public safety telecommunications professionals is responsible for managing a high volume of emergency and non-emergency calls, ensuring prompt and effective response to incidents.

In February 2018 alone, the Burlington County 911 Center handled over 146,000 calls, demonstrating its critical role in public safety. To date, the telecommunications team has dispatched tens of thousands of police, fire, and emergency medical incidents, highlighting their commitment to the safety and well-being of the community.
