History

We purchased this home in 1999 and had it completely renovated by the time we opened in June 2000. In 2012, SuperStorm Sandy caused some damage which gave us reason to have the property raised several feet above sea level and completely gut and renovate. We re-opened for business in May 2014 and have been 100% occupied in the summer ever since.

Our home is a duplex located in Brant Beach on Long Beach Island in New Jersey. The home is oceanside which means you do not have to cross the Boulevard to get to the beach, only 7 homes away and takes less than 2-3 minutes. Our home has 2 units - the 1st floor is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath unit that sleeps up to 8 people (7 in beds); the 2nd floor is a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath unit that sleeps up to 6 people (5 in beds). Completely renovated in 2013 and 2014 you'll find new tiled bathrooms with granite counters and glass enclosed showers. The granite kitchens have all the amenities you can imagine. Hardwood floors throughout the home complement the contemporary furnishings found in fine homes. We offer enough beach badges and beach chairs for all. There is plenty of off-street parking in the driveways and garages. The home is within walking distance of restaurants and casual dining as well as a community pool offering an option on rainy days.
