Terrible experience. Poor customer service and communication (legalistic/adversarial/sometimes non-responsive). Salesman wrote words on contract basically negating much of advertised warranty....

So 4 more days have past without resolution! I replied to blinds to go with all necessary information and have still to get a satisfactory response!!!!
