Birchwood Adult Day Center

Birchwood Adult Day Centers is a provider of community-based programs for functionally and/or cognitively impaired adults. Located in East Orange, N.J., it offers a range of health services, social services and associated support services. As a part of its social services, the center provides individual/family counseling, assistance with food stamps, Medicaid eligibility and housing. Birchwood Adult Day Centers offers medical services, such as physician care, dental and vision care, psychiatry/psychology and diabetic counseling. It also provides nursing services, health education, emergency care, rehabilitation therapies and recreational activities.
