Amazingly helpful! I couldn't figure out what was wrong with my bike's brakes (figured it was a cable issue but didn't want to mess with it) and they were INCREDIBLY helpful and fixed the issue...

Very knowledgeable and this is my second time. Rich is a great guy. Would not blink to recommend. He actaually fixed my brake for no cost.
