Best Value Rugs & Carpets Inc began as an Import/Wholesale business in 1982 importing Handmade Oriental Rugs from countries all around the world including India, China, Pakistan, Turkey and Belgium. In 1990 the company established a manufacturing operation which is based in India and in 1996 we established a retail outlet. In 1998 we added a flooring division and began working with both residential and commercial clients.
