Sooooo rude! Doesn't help, or explain, doesn't even have options, its take it or leave it, and DOESN'T care! Also total ripoff, wants cash upfront only, and complete overcharge for simple services.

The repaired part FELL OFF (!!!) after wearing the shoes for a few days in the office. Low quality materials, even lower quality of work while the prices are high. In addition to that the service...

One of the rudest salespeople I have ever encountered. I asked him a simple question and his response was so snide I didn't even leave my shoes there, I left. Find another place to repair your shoes.
