The orchard and store were only about an hour away from NYC via car. We stopped by the store first which does accept cash unless you're at the hot cider/doughnut window which is cash only....

Additionally, it operates a country store for providing fresh local produce and home baked goods, such as pies, breads, muffins, scones and cookies. Battleview Orchards Inc. also provides gift items, made-to-order gift baskets and sweet stacks. It offers guided educational group tours through its country store, barns, orchards and cider building.

My friend rave about this orchard and recommended this place for peach picking. She was not joking because I had an amazing time. We arrived around 1pm and the orchard was not over crowded....

If you wanted to recreate that peach scene in the summer I turned pretty, this would be a pretty nice place to do it because they got some juicy peaches. No sugar syrup injectables needed. Jokes...
