High prices, nasty ingress to find the place, uninterested staff. Pretty much what you find at this chain.

Good luck trying to get them to honor their warranty. Battery with 4 year warranty failed in 9 months. They'll jerk you around and say they have to talk to the owner and you'll never hear back....
