The computer controlled/monitored LRI-1a tribometer with real-time wear, friction, temperature, and optional acoustic emission monitoring can be used to provide more comprehensive tribological data faster and with reduced labor. Our latest machine - the P-Gear - jointly developed with Hoechst-Celanese, provides state-of-the-art computer controlled/monitored life testing of dry and lubricated plastic gears up to 5 hp. In addition, we can work with you to design and build test equipment to meet your specific requirements.
