HORRBLE!!! How they're allowed to run this franchise is beyond me! They don't understand English to well and do not know the menu! I got ripped off! $17 worth of ice cream that wasn't anything...

I would give this place a BIG ZERO!!!!! I would NOT recommend this place to anybody. I'd tell him to run the other way!!!!!! my two sisters, and my nephew ordered hot sundae with mint chocolate...

Terrible! They are always out of everything. Or at least they claim to be. How does a basking Robbins run out of chocolate ice cream?! This is the 3rd time!
