I had scammer take 2,000 out of my checking account. Lisa was no help at all. Craig in answer the was no help and didn't to help. Am out 2,000. Fraud people I have wait until it posted than I have...

The worst branch! Teller rude! Tried cashing payroll check with photo id, ss card and BOA account number. Teller would not cash check, turned us away. We were told we needed BOA atm card or cc.
