Line for the teller is always long with only 1-2 tellers. They need to hire more staff with this being a busy location. Going to do anything besides an ATM transaction will take minimum 15 mins

Terrible lines longer than welfare if you decide to wait . They always have just ONE TELLER it's like where is the customer service aspect of banking ... ALL BANK OF AMERICAS SHOULD CLOSE !!!

One of the worst banks I've ever encountered, no matter what time , what day of the week , it's only 1 or 2 tellers, they slow as hell, the lines be long and u have more workers walking the floor...
