I have come in a few times and enjoy the bagels however, this time I came in for the lox and was a bit disappointed. The quality of the bagels and the lox were good however it was very unbalanced....

Bagel Supreme is a very high 4 in my book, Wouldn't take much to be a 5...The bagels are big puffy bagels with that lightly blistered, crispy outside, and soft inside, I have been there 5 times...
