The midwest cannot make a bagel if their life. Always go a couple times when in town and then bring 1/2 dozen each on the plane home with us. They know how to make a bagel!

Had two egg everything with scallion cream cheese today. The bagels were good but the cream cheeses was bad. Tasted sour.
