The Avalon History Center is a history museum focused on Avalon, NJ history, from pre-development to early development in the late 1800s through current eras: the 1960s, 1970s, and 1980s. Avalon is a gem of an island and the History Center is a jewel box of a museum, housing delightful artifacts and photos from Avalon's past put together in well-composed, thoughtful exhibits that update regularly. Admission is always free!
