Just horrible. Awful lay out, short staffed, long lines at register, one cashier-Pep Boys a few hundred feet West is a much better choice!

Probably one of THE worst managed retail stores I've ever been to!!! Staff are all ignorant and know nothing about the products they are selling or even how to use the company's computer system....
