Auntie Anne's

Usually crowded and very slow service . Takes 15 mins in the queue .. and most of the times they have the same pretzel, the ones that they can't sell much :) hardly have jalapeno or almond .......

So I just left auntie Anne's and the young girl at the register took my pretzel dog order. She grabs the Grey slit it goes in and put her fingers in it to open it ... she takes her hand out puts...

I normally love Auntie Annes but I just got regular salt pretzel bites at the one in the food court inside menlo mall. They only had regular size no small so I ordered a larger size than normal....

Poor service, no food, just plain pretzels, one kind of lemonade; staff waits for you to order everything on menu and then says we're out. Did this to 3 customers I witnessed, instead of sayong...
