Reservations are an “absolute must” at this “unique” 33-seater, “Hoboken’s answer to Rao’s”, where “perfect” Southern Italian dishes at “reasonable” tabs are served by “snarky”, “salty” waitresses who are “as fresh as the seafood”; sure, it’s “cash only” and the mood strictly “dine-and-dash”, but if nothing else, “it’s an experience.”
