Capoeira is a Brazilian art-form that combines dance, music, acrobatics and self-defense. Our commitment is to create a safe, welcoming, non-discriminatory environment to learn, explore, and grow as individuals physically, mentally and spiritually. The elements of this unique art-form unite people from all ages, races and socio-economic backgrounds. AU Capoeira will give students an opportunity to meet new people with similar interests but a wide variety of backgrounds and talents.

The mission of Arts United Capoeira is to promote understanding, appreciation and practice of Capoeira, which is a Brazilian art-form that combines music, dance, self-defense, ritual and a way of life. We offer a welcoming community with experienced instructors to help you in your journey into Capoeira. AU Capoeira has a challenging, fun, and safe environment for all students - from beginners to the most seasoned veterans. Our Capoeira will help you develop core strength, flexibility, reflexes and coordination in a very unique way.
