For those of you who have experienced being over charged on your account please make sure you open a claim with the better business bureau. They are actively looking into the cases.

Same thing happened to us. Charged for a new line, with insurance and next up fee on that line. Spent 3 hours at store and 4 hours on phone trying to get rid of that line and get reimbursed for...
