This has to be the worst AT&T on the planet. It is completely staff by morons and incompetents. The service is horrific and the CSR's have no idea what they are doing.

This store is terrible! They say one thing and do another. They offer credits and bogo's but claim they can't apply credits to your account that they promised when you sign up. Since they are not...
