ARMM Associates

ARMM Associates, established in 1966, provide services that include roof evaluation, reroofing design, monitoring, laboratory testing and litigation assistance. It has worked on projects within the United States such as reroofing of the Smithsonian and the Everett Dirkson Building, in Washington, D.C., as well as internationally, in places such as Canberra, Australia, where ARMM provided a full-spectrum of roofing services for the Parliament House. In the first phase, the company evaluates whether the problem is caused by the original design, installation oversights or materials failure. In the next phase, its design department prepares contract plans and specifications for reroofing. In the final construction phase, on-site monitoring and quality control through its laboratory services support its performance. ARMM Associates is located in Cherry Hill, N.J.
