I love the Aritzias in NYC, I've been to both the SoHo location and the 5th Ave location and both have exceptional service. I'm surprised the Aritzia at the upscale Short Hills mall would fall...

Came by the other day, 15min from closing - one girl working hard at the register, getting through the line of people waiting including me... and then 3 other staffers behind the counter talking...

Bad service. Will not shop there. Be aware of short return/exchange days with no flexibility.

I got yelled at and argued with the lady at the cashier. The NYC flagship said I could make a return for a sale if these pants didn't work. The clothes vary from Zara level to slightly higher....
