Applegate Farm, located fifteen minutes west of New York City in Totowa, NJ, has been a cherished destination for fresh dairy products since 1848. Known for its nostalgic charm, the farm features the original farmhouse that played a role in the Civil War and an authentic tile silo built in 1919.

Originally owned by the Sigler family, Applegate Farm gained prominence under Julian Tinkham in the late 1800s, who preserved its historic atmosphere. With innovations from Frank Oliver, including the first ice cream cone, the farm flourished, and Donald Littlefield later expanded its reach into the wholesale market, introducing new products to the metropolitan area.

I love Applegate Farm! There's so much to do there! There's apple picking, vegetable picking, and pumpkin picking. There is hay riding as well!! If you go you HAVE to try their apple cider donuts...

There is no farm here. This is a misinformed review. The plaza is filled with other stores!
