Every time I go to the office, all receptionist, doctors and assistants are willing to help me out. Doctor Quartell is a great doctor, funny and he also speaks Spanish. Highly recommended.

He's too old to be in practice any longer. And after being his patient for 30+yrs, he doesn't have the courtesy to call his patients back, not even his colleague professionals. Do not recommend.
