We accept all insurance However If You Have Medicaid- Aetna or Fidelis or Health Plus please Understand those companies are extremely difficult to deal with. we cannot guarantee they will cover your treatment after the first visit. We will never bill you for anything you don't agree to pay in advance. Heel pain, Ingrown toe nails, sprains fractures, infections, warts growths, splinters, redness, swelling, pain , orthotics, diabetic foot care House calls, Nail trimming or callus removal are usually covered the first visit only. Laser Treatment? we believe it is Not effective. we offer other treatments for fungus toe nails and if you Really want laser we can arrange it in our office. it costs around $800 and is not covered by insurance ..... now for everyone else :-) We do participate with medicare, 1199, G.H.I., Horizon blue cross, and many others.
