History
American has just entered our 3rd year in Business. Since we opened we have over 20 members competing in wrestling and grappling tournaments. We have 4 amateur and 2 pro fighters that compete in regional competitions.
Specialties
Our goal at American MMA and Wrestling is to provide a facility for wrestlers and mixed martial artist to develop a well rounded style of fighting. I truly believe that Wrestling is the backbone for MMA. When combined with Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai Kick Boxing, you will become a complete Mixed Martial Artist. Our staff is composed of experienced grapplers, MMA fighter's, and wrestlers that have competed at high levels of competition. Our Youth program is designed to teach basic wrestling, grappling, and self-defense. There will be belt promotions for our youth and adult students, which are held every 4 months.
