Never ever again. There has be something better out there. For a small bank, I would expect them to be more attentive and respectful to their customers. Not the case.

Don't open a CD on line with them. They don't credit interest to the account monthly, as all other banks I banked over 35 years do, but at the maturation. This means that if you open 1-year CD...
