Very unreliable company. They schedule an appointment but never show up and do not even have the courtesy to call you. They are on time only when you spend over ten thousand dollars. Horrible service.

The company is no longer independently owned. Last year, one of our tankless water heaters died. This guy (Neil?) comes by the house. Real smooth talker. He must have sized me up as a rich dolt....

i waited to fill this out to see how they work. office staff workers don't call back when need assistance. called six times for annie plus email to scott and nothing. rate is a zero not one star
