Recently did some banking there. Sadly the employees I dealt with were impersonal and cold. It was like they were robots.

Do not bank here. I hate dealing with the long wait times, no customer service, and non stop fees. Do not give them your money. Do not accept any offers with this bank, that was my mistake....
