Advocare Medford Pediatrics

Advocare South Jersey Pediatrics has been providing high quality pediatric care in the Collingswood and Cherry Hill, New Jersey area since 1950. Founded in Collingswood by Ronald M. Bernardin, MD, the original practice was largely family run. When John M. Tedeschi, MD, joined in 1966, the practice became known as Bernardin and Tedeschi. Growing as families do, the practice that grew into Advocare South Jersey Pediatrics has added physicians over the years and become what is now a larger, loving family of physicians and support staff. Some of our physicians and many of our staff members have been with our practice for 15, 20, 25 years or more ; our longest-serving staff member has been assisting our families for more than 50 years. We view our patients as an extension of our practice family. Our doctors often have the pleasure of treating the children of our former patients, and we treasure every opportunity to treat second and third generations. Children are also comforted by our kid-friendly offices, with whimsical murals peeking around every corner. We offer separate waiting rooms for sick and well appointments, and are proud of our exclusive newborn waiting area, where our newest patients are safely isolated in a quiet, softly-lit atmosphere.
