History
Prior to opening his own law practice, Mr. Advani was associated with some of the most prominent law firms in New Jersey, and his work in those firms focused on general commercial, employment, criminal and family litigation matters. Mr. Advani has also had the distinction and honor of being Law Clerk to the Hon. William J. Martini, United States District Judge for the District of New Jersey, and for the Hon. Bryan D. Garruto. In addition, Mr. Advani serves as an Adjunct Professor of Law and has taught employment law, labor law, criminal procedure, and New Jersey Court Rules to New Jersey university undergraduate, graduate and law students for over ten years. Finally, Mr. Advani recently served an appointment by the New Jersey Supreme Court as Arbitrator for District VIII of the New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics' Fee Arbitration Committee. He continues to serve the needs of the legal and general community in various pro bono matters.
