They want your vaccine status for everyone who enters the building. Not sure why they need that if you're only getting an X-ray.

After several attempts, both telephone and email, NO RESPONSE. The phone recording only states it is for " results of previous films taken " New appointments cannot be made !!!!!

This is one provider I would never go to, or recommend to anyone. Their billing practices and accounting methods are unacceptable to say the least. Also their record keeping of CD's from exams...
