Anytime I go to an auto parts store such as this up in my area the first thing they do is ignore you. They ignore you like it's their job...wish I got paid to ignore people at my place of work....

Service is lethargic. Felt like I was waking them from a nap. I encountered two staff members both did the absolute minimum to answer a question and help me find what I needed.

The employees here won't let you use the bathroom, even if you ask nicely and explain you're only asking because it's important. Shop where they treat people like people. Not here.

I've walked into this place on three occasions. Each time no one budged to acknowledge me even in the store. Even walking up to the counter they could care less here. Like an idiot I attempted to...

ok so lets start by the last time I used this location was in 2019 before I left the state for 1 year. They told me that they were closed at 8:45pm.... I needed a headlight. They said no one...
