So I went a few months back to get my ends trimmed/ cleaned up and it was like $10-15 and today they say $25! For ends to be trimmed not a full hair cut. Pretty ridiculous and shady

Was there to cut my hair, and they took forever to even get to me so I left. They told me to wait a couple of mins but those mins turned into an hour or more. There was also no one waiting but me....

I hate my nails. The nail tech could barely hold the nail file and when I asked for a square nail to would file it making it look like an up hill slope. I was so uncomfortable the entire time
