Terrible ! Charged 40 bucks for a ten minute ride ! No wonder there's no meter in the car so they can charge whatever they want !

Eek! Methinks not, indeed... absolutely awful service. I scheduled a car to take me to the hospital for surgery. I requested a 5AM pick up to bring me NYU medical on the east side of Manhattan....

STAY AWAY!!!! They cheat. Gave me a price for $40 with tax the said about $43 and if I want to give tips I can...but at the end of the fare the driver gave me a bill of $79, with $60 fare charge...

Would have given 0 stars if that were possible. Horrible service and wildly overpriced. 40 bucks for a ten minute ride with no tolls. Please dont use this service so it closes.
