Never cashes in lottery wins for scratchers, always says no when trying to cash in $100 or $200 winners (under $600 is paid out at stores) but the will sell them to you over and over. Happened...

Visited this store on Wednesday the 13th. A customer in front of me asked the cashier a question about the lottery and she flat out blew off his question and started talking to another customer...

The owner of this store is completely rude to her customers. She will yell at someone and complain that they're buying lottery tickets and she doesn't have time to ring lottery. Roll her eyes....
