We started in March of 2012 at 155 Franklin Avenue in Nutley, NJ and have recently moved to a beautiful new location at 525 Riverside Avenue, Kings Court Plaza, Lyndhurst, NJ. We offer martial arts classes for children, teens and adults that emphasize practical techniques for self defense in the street or the ring, physical fitness, discipline and respect for one's self and others.
Specialties
We specialize in Filipino Martial Arts (Doce Pares Eskrima), Muay Thai Kickboxing, Kung Fu Sanshou Kickboxing, and Taekwondo for children and adults.
