We offer amenities uncharacteristic of the area at fair prices: hardwood floors, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully high ceilings. All units have a washer and dryer. We're small, which allows us to provide personalized service. We like getting to know our tenants, too. Our supers are dedicated and always available. We learn from our mistakes and as such have generated significant improvements to management and to the building itself.
