Horrible experience. The center has gone down since 2020. The staff has not meet deadlines as promised. Lack of attention and care for their clients. The center is only open 2 days week compared...

Active Day Adult Medical Day Care provides services for adults (18+) with medical needs. We provide clients with transportation to and from the facility, as well as to and from doctor visits, and social outings. Our medical staff monitors and communicates your health status to your health care providers, and our activity staff keeps clients stimulated through light exercise and games, as well as crafts and special projects. Hot breakfast & lunch served daily in accordance with dietary needs.
