This is an independent operator, not VZ wireless themselves. They are trying hard, and it could be that VZ wireless itself is as underwhelming in service. They are nice. But it took an hour...

Terrible service. By far the worst Verizon customer service I've ever seen. Employees were very rude and unhelpful.
