I feel this place is very nosy asking way too many questions that don't need to be asked about your people situations. And they definitely need some customer service because their attitudes suck.

These people should get customer service training. Rude. They need to go back to training too. Put my mail on hold for a month. Still delivered it for 3 weeks, even though the slip clearly...
