I'd give it a "0" if I could. Spent $300 and four separate trips to fix my mower. It still doesn't throttle properly, and I'm not going to get charged again. Thanks for nothing.

Not at all pleased. I broke my snow blower. A very old Craftsman. Seemed like a blown worm gear on the auger. Maybe a bent auger shaft as well, which bound up the auger, preventing the shear pin...
