Derryfield School, located in Manchester, N.H., is an independent, coeducational, college preparatory day school, providing a rigorous program in academics, athletics, and the arts. It offers classes in grades six through 12, and has an enrollment of more than 400 students. Its more than 80-acre campus houses four buildings, and various facilities, including classrooms, technology center, library, science labs, auditorium, art studio, darkroom, music and drama rehearsal rooms, gym, tennis courts and playing fields. The school guides a student's academic growth through the acquisition of sound study habits, development of analytical, independent thinking skills and fosters each child's social, emotional, and ethical growth. The core subjects include language arts, social studies, math and science.
