The Sutton House Bed & Breakfast is a fully renovated Victorian mansion with 8 guest rooms each with a private full bathroom. The location features a swimming pool, views of Lake Winnipesaukee, White Mountains and nearby access to an endless list of activities that the popular Lakes Region has to offer. Room rates include, A hot and healthy fixed menu breakfast is served daily and personal hospitality from the onsite inn keeper is provided. This B & B is child, senior & pet friendly. Guests of all ages are welcome. Special amenities include flannel sheets, king beds and extra large soaking tubs. Easy access ramps for the mobility impaired is provided. A whole house automatic generator allows full operation even during a power outage. Spring is in the air and our maple trees are being tapped for our own backyard maple syrup.
