Regular customer who always checks in online. Scheduled an 11:00 appt today and was on time. At 11:30 asked how much longer it would be. I was told I could come back another time. Asked again...

I would give this location & attitude zero stars. Regular customer every 4 weeks( no more) . Had a 5:20 appt got there at 5:29. I was told it be the earliest 6:30 because they gave away my spot....

I have a slight case of eczema. Never had a problem getting a hair cut before. Made appointment here, went in, sat down. Lady looked at my hair and said she could not cut my hair due to eczema....
